AND finally Interactivity from one of many options; including smart-card; set-top box; website; cellphone; RFID etc.

Consumers are allowed to consume when they want where they want. Not limited to urban-malls; the shop comes to you or you can meet it inbetween; travel is prooving to be cost-prohibitive and time-conusming.
